Financial Services & Insurance: The Long March

In the wake of the Financial Services Modernization Act of 1999, the field of competitors in the financial services arena is becoming increasingly crowded. Insurers must compete not only with their traditional rivals but also with banks, life insurers, and securities firms, both foreign and domestic. This presentation surveys the challenges insurers face in this area along with lessons that have been learned along the way.

The following presentation is called "Financial Services & Insurance: The Long March". It was presented by Dr. Robert P. Hartwig in December 2001.
