This is Jeanne Salvatore, senior vice president and consumer spokesperson at the Insurance Information Institute. What follows are three written quotes from the news release on the three most important questions to ask your home insurance company.

"To properly insure your home, the I.I.I. recommends that you ask your agent or company representative three key questions:
- First, do I have enough insurance to rebuild my home?
- Second, do I have enough insurance to replace all of my possessions?
- And three, do I have enough insurance to protect my assets?"
