NEW YORK, May 6, 2003 - Policyholders with questions regarding their coverage for damage caused by the recent tornadoes should contact their insurance agent or company representative. To assist consumers, special toll-free numbers have been set up by insurance companies.

Consumers with general insurance questions, can contact the National Insurance Consumer Helpline at 800-942-4242 or the Insurance Information Institute's website, www.iii.org.
